1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Palpitagem FC ("Platform"), you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Use of the Platform implies full acceptance of these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
2. Nature of service
Palpitagem FC is a gamified sports prediction platform with no real-money betting. The service allows you to create and join leagues, make predictions on matches, and track results and rankings, exclusively for entertainment and friendly competition. No money is wagered or paid by the Platform in relation to predictions.
3. Registration and responsibility
The user must provide accurate data and keep their registration up to date. The user is solely responsible for safeguarding their password and the use of their account. The user agrees not to transfer, sell or share access to third parties and to notify the Platform of any unauthorized use.
4. User conduct
The user agrees to use the Platform lawfully, respecting other users and the rules of the game. Acts constituting harassment, discrimination, fraud, result manipulation or any conduct that violates the law or these terms are prohibited. Non-compliance may result in a warning, suspension or account termination.
5. Intellectual property and license
All Platform content (brands, texts, interface, logic and features) is the property of Palpitagem FC or its licensors. The user is granted only a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license for personal and non-commercial use of the Platform, in accordance with these terms.
6. Privacy and personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. By registering, the user consents to the collection and use of data necessary for the provision of the service, improving the experience and, where applicable, sending authorized communications.
7. Modifications and termination
The Platform may amend these Terms of Service at any time, notifying users via the app or website. Continued use after the changes are published constitutes acceptance. The user may close their account at any time; the Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the event of a violation of these terms.
8. General provisions
These terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and Palpitagem FC. Tolerance of any breach does not imply waiver. In the event of a dispute, the applicable law and jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with the user's location or the Platform's registered office.
